BRIEF OUTLINE OF TOURS
 

KAIETEUR and ORINDUIK

One of the best one-day trips in the world. Kaieteur is the tallest single-drop Falls of 741 feet in the world. It is located in the heart of the rainforest. Take this 70 minute flight into the Falls and view this great object of Nature from several vantage points. Then take a 25-minute flight to Orinduik Falls and have a swim and water massage. Duration 8 Hrs.

SANTA MISSION

This tour offers an introduction to the "Rainforest" and an encounter with the Arawaks.

Take a slow boat ride into the Kamuni Creek and discover Nature's harmony. Highly recommended for bird-watchers and those who wish to buy indigenous handicraft. Duration 8 Hrs.    

ESSEQUIBO and MAZARUNI

Rise early before the birds and head for the largest river between the Amazon and Orinoco- The Mighty Essequibo. Stop at Fort Island, Saxacalli Beach, Bartica and take a whitewater boat ride to Marshalls Falls through the rapids. Then take a 20 minute trekking to Bara Bara Falls for a swim. Duration 12 Hrs.

GEORGETOWN TOUR

Georgetown was largely designed by the Dutch. The City's Georgian and Victorian Heritage can be seen in its fine example of Gothic architecture. Some of the best examples of this Colonial Architecture are the beautiful Victoria Law Courts, the City Hall, St. Andrew's Kirk- which dates back to 1829, Parliament Building, St. George's Cathedral - the tallest wooden building in the world, Stabroek Market( built on land and water)- easily Guyana's largest market.Visit the Zoological Gardens and the seawalls. Duration 6 Hrs.

BERBICE TOUR

A 12-hour day trip through the Ancient Country is an unmatched rustic experience. Visit # 63 Beach , New Amsterdam, and Corriverton on the Guyana/Suriname border. Stop at various villages where you would get to know the Guyanese people.

OVERNIGHT To LETHEM

Fly over Iwokrama Rainforest Preservation Project. Stop over at Karanambo Ranch. Boat rides in the Rupununi River - See the river otter, and Caiman.
